For starters, when I called Home & Business Computer Services yesterday, Tony actually answered the phone - no voicemail - no never-ending menu to navigate. He was extremely nice and immediately trustworthy. I told him my desktop computer had crashed, and my flash drive was damaged within days of the crash, to where it may not be salvageable, but Tony said there was an 80-85% chance he could still transfer my data from the hard drive to a new flash drive. He said he would call me later in the afternoon or the following morning. True to his word, he did call me yesterday afternoon and told me he successfully transferred my data. I went to pick it up this morning, and my itemized bill was incredibly fair. I cannot express how relieved and grateful I feel. I cannot recommend Home & Business Computer Services and Tony enough.
